What is Penalty Kick Wiz?
Penalty Kick Wiz is a free penalty-shootout game built entirely around timing — you alternate between taking spot-kicks and diving to save them, five attempts per side, in a duel decided by split-second clicks.
It strips the penalty down to its purest skill: reading the moment. As the striker you stop a target sweeping along the goalline to place your shot; as the keeper you read the kick and dive. It comes from Dead Parrot Interactive, the studio behind Penalty Shooters 3.
What gives it staying power is the cup run — beat one team after another to lift the trophy, and when scores are level after five kicks each it goes to sudden-death extra rounds, exactly like a real shootout.
Playing Penalty Kick Wiz
- 1Line up your kick
While attacking, a target slides back and forth along the bottom of the goal. Click (or tap) at the right instant to stop it where you want the ball to go.
- 2Wait for the corner
The target’s position when you click decides placement — there’s no power bar — so let it drift to the open corner before you commit instead of stabbing early.
- 3Switch to goalkeeper
When you defend, a target flashes up the moment the striker shoots. Click or tap the side it shows to dive that way.
- 4Hold your nerve in goal
Don’t dive early — time your click to the striker’s contact. Commit too soon and they’ll simply roll it the other way.
- 5Win the shootout
Each side takes five kicks. Outscore your opponent to win the round and move through the cup; if it’s level, it goes to extra kicks until someone wins.

How to win at Penalty Kick Wiz
Never take the same shot twice. The official tip from the developer — vary your placement every kick so the keeper can’t read a pattern.
Click on the turnarounds. The target moves at a steady pace; catching it at the edges of its sweep gives you the tightest angles into the corners.
Don’t dive early as keeper. Time your click to the striker’s contact, not the build-up — committing a beat too soon is the most common way to get beaten.
Accuracy beats power here. There’s no power meter, so the whole game is placement. Aim for the corners the keeper has to travel furthest to reach.
Play the percentages in extra time. Once it’s sudden death, one save wins it — keep mixing your placement and trust your timing rather than going for the spectacular.
